Cruise Installment One

WOW!!!!! What else can we say? Our cruise was *phenomenal*. I truly wish that I could adequately share our feelings and experiences from the week, but there's no way that words can do that. This week, I will make every attempt to share with you our fantastic trip.

September 26th - Day 1: We started the day early. The truck left the driveway around 6 AM (thank you SO much for the correction DH. :) ), I believe. Jaydin slept a lot (like 4 hours total) on the way down to Cocoa Beach. We ate lunch in Lake City, Florida at Texas Roadhouse. It was SO yummy!! Arrival in Cocoa Beach was around 3:30 or 4 PM. We checked in to our hotel, Courtyard by Marriott, and went for a walk on the beach. It was beautiful and a nice break from riding in the truck. Dinner was at Becky and Dusty's hotel a bit down the road from ours. After dinner, we all met back at the Courtyard and headed to the beach. The night was beautiful, and we really enjoyed it. We were anxious to see our 'big boat,' though, too!!!

It took Jaydin FOR-EVER to go to sleep on Friday night. Not the best way to start our vacation, but not much we could do. Jared stayed up and helped me deal with her. He was such a trooper.
