This was the parking lot around 11:15. Not too bad - and no sticking on the roads.
This is a picture of our church right after we started home. It was about 12:45.
Another one around the same time. Check out the parking lot. The snow was *sticking*.It was a messy drive home. It was so pretty to look at, but a bit scary to drive in.
Not quite away from the church yet. This is the road between the church buildings.
On the way home, we pass through a State Park. This was the road between 2 lakes. I wish I could have gotten the lakes, but I *was* driving. :)
Our house as we drove up after church.
The bushes beside the garage when we got home. Notice how much snow is on the driveway behind the bushes??? Steep driveway + snow = not a fun ride up! :)
After Jaydin got up from her nap, we went out to play a bit. Here's Jonah having some fun.
Goodness. She DID love the snow. She cried when I told her that we needed to go in the house.
This is looking out of our front door. Too bad it didn't last.It was so good to have some snow. I love it and hope that we get more next year. Perhaps the snow and cold weather has killed some of the bugs, too. :)
Live the life, and live it well.

Beautiful pics! Love the snowman! Glad you all made it home safe, and were able to have some fun with it.
Yes, the killing of the bugs thing is a major benefit of cold weather! Wow, must have been so exciting to get snow when you very rarely get it! For us, it is par for the course and more of nuisance than a luxury. Thanks for the refreshing take on it:) Glad your kids had fun and that you made it up the driveway OK! Your home is beautiful, BTW. And I also love that you take your camera everywhere - that is cool!
