Vacation Installment 2 (part 2) - TRex and MNSSHP

After Jaydin had her amazing trip to Bibbity Bobbity Boutique and we met back up with Mark and Jonah, we did a little shopping before heading to lunch. Lunch was to be at the new (opened in Nov. 2008) TRex restaurant. It is owned by Landry'- the same company that owns The Rainforest Cafe, so we knew that the atmosphere would be amazing and .... that it would be loud. :) We weren't disappointed on either account.

The dinosaurs in that place are amazing.












Jonah got a little silly while we waited for our food. :) Isn't he cute?? We had a great time playing around as a family.













This was the ice room. It changed colors and was absolutely beautiful. I don't think that we could have seen very well in there, but it was really neat to see.

The restaurant included many of the 'ages,' as this mammoth shows. This mammoth was the 'adult,' and a youth stood nearby.










One of the wonderful things about a Landry's restaurant experience is the dessert. Who could resist the Chocolate Extinction??? What a cool dessert!!







Chocolate, caramel, ice cream .... It really was pretty yummy, and I don't like chocolate cake. :)











And what follows a good meal?? A short nap, of course. The princess was quite sleepy after such a fun day - and it had only just begun ..... Jaydin took a short nap on the bus that took us from Downtown Disney to Magic Kingdom. We were getting all excited and ready for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!!!!
