Jaydin slept with her hair up and amazingly, it stayed really well. I really thought it would be a mess by the time she awoke, but it was still very tight. We just needed to fluff the 'diva' spikes a bit. :)
The Radi
sson is a beautiful resort, and we couldn't resist the opportunity to take some pictures while we were there.
Some of the beautiful foliage at the resort. There were several ponds through the grounds.
Mark was taking a few pictures, too.As you can tell, her hair was staying strong through the day!

Several of our DIS friends were staying at the Radisson, as well, and one couple (Kelly and John) called us to join them for supper at the pizza joint very close to the hotel. We had a great time getting to know (in person) the folks with whom we'd been chatting online for 8 months. We had a planned meet-up at 9 PM. That will be the first time that many of us meet in person. Here are a few pictures from that meet. We, by the way, had a great time!! :)
Jeff, Elyse, and Jaydin
Jaydin and Elyse
The kids at the meet - plus a few adults in the background.
After the meet, I noticed that Jaydin's hairline was getting red, and she said that her hair was hurting. I figured out that she was allergic to the hairspray and had to take her hair down. I hated to do it, but it was best for her. Here's what it looked like after I took the back down....Up next .... October 31st. We get on the boat - again!!!!!! :)
Live the life, and live it well.
