Every horse is different. Some are loving. Some are great for reining, barrel racing, jumping, or trails. Some are mean-spirited. Some are wild. And, then, there's Preacher. He's ornery; that's for sure, but he's such a great horse for riders. He's slow and easy, and he's great for vaulting.
While he and I seem to have a personality conflict, I do recognize what a wonderful horse he is and has been for the stables. Unfortunately, the owners of the stables are selling him, and he leaves on Saturday. He will be missed by so many of us - even though, he's ALWAYS grumpy! It will be so weird to go to the barn and not see this beautiful paint (with his ears pinned all the way back) in the barn. Preacher-Man ... I hope you are happy (or as happy as YOU can be. :) :)) at your new home. You will be sorely missed at High Country Stables.
